He tapped into a series of moving meditations that he practiced every night, and these allowed him to defy the prognoses of modern medicine.
He later discovered that these healing meditations have been practiced in Ancient China for thousands of years. He discovered many benefits for health through his journey, and his goal is to help everyone live a more healthy life.
